- Order & Media Assets: Real estate listing photographs, property details, MLS metadata, and asset customization inputs submitted for video rendering.
- Technical & Usage Logs: Basic server interaction data, including IP address, user-agent details, and standard HTTP header logs to maintain server security and endpoint functionality.
2. How We Use Information
Information collected is utilized strictly to provide and maintain our services, specifically:
- Generating, rendering, and delivering automated real estate highlight video assets.
- Processing financial transactions and managing billing via our third-party payment infrastructure.
- Sending transactional communications, including order confirmations, asset access links, system status notifications, and client support responses.
- Sending periodic service updates or relevant promotional notices to registered clients who have opted in.
We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or monetize personal, client, or listing data to any third party under any circumstances.
3. Email Communications & Anti-Spam Compliance
We maintain a strict anti-spam policy and operate in full compliance with global electronic messaging standards, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Permission-Based Messaging: Commercial and promotional emails are sent exclusively to users who have an established business relationship with us, have requested information, or have explicitly consented to receive communications. We do not purchase, rent, or utilize third-party email distribution lists.
- Message Identification & Header Integrity: All outgoing electronic messages clearly identify the sender, utilize accurate domain information, and contain non-misleading subject lines and header routing data.

- Transport layer security (TLS/SSL) encryption is strictly enforced across all web domains and API communication endpoints.
- Payment card processing is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Credit card details, full card numbers, and security codes never touch or store on our local web servers.
5. Third-Party Service Processors
We engage trusted third-party service providers solely to carry out infrastructure services essential to operating our platform:
- Payment Processing: Stripe (for payment processing and billing verification).
- Hosting & Infrastructure: Microsoft IIS / Windows Server infrastructure for static page resolution and script execution.
These providers access data strictly to perform assigned duties on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
